Libby Runs for Red Cross!
Story
I'm taking part in Brisbane’s Twilight Running Festival 2016 and hoping to raise much needed funds for the Australian Red Cross' Disaster Relief & Recovery services. As I type this, at the height of the holiday season, the Australian Red Cross is currently providing disaster relief in response to bush fires in Victoria and floods in the Northern Territory. In Australia, particularly during disaster seasons, we never know what the final impact will be: only that people need our help, now.
On March 20th 2016, I’m going to be sweating it out and pounding the Brisbane pavements to complete a the gruelling Twilight course to do my bit to try to help. I am honoured to be a part of this amazing run and helping to raise funds for the amazing work that the Australian Red Cross do, and I’d really appreciate your support in this endeavour.
